Dubai and Singapore.... Indonesia too? What does it mean

This is short and sweet. I have not had a lucid dream in a good bit. Finally! I was in what I thought was Singapore but at the same time, it was Dubai. We (whoever I was with and myself) were walking in the streets when we came up on an extremely tall building. In my dream, it was the Burj Khalifa, though it looked different in the dream. It was the color of clay, red clay, like terracotta. There was nothing bad happening in the dream and then I was jolted awake by my phone alarm to wake up for work. I was upset because I felt the dream was important and had a message. I got up and did my routine and as I usually do I laid back in bed to go back to sleep for another hour. I hoped I would return to the dream but figured it would not happen since you usually cannot dream on demand, especially about the same dream you were dreaming. But to my surprise I did. Now back in the dream I was now in the building. People were walking around and just looking around. Then we came upon a staircase the was a winding staircase. We decided we would do the stairs because it cost 8.73 (I think) to take the elevator up to the top of the Burj Khalifa. As we started up the stairs we saw some people lowering down a small woman, she was of midget size and her nationality was possibly Indonesia. They were literally lowering her down into a small garden area near where the stairs started. Unfortunately, my second alarm went off and woke me again. Thoughts: I really thought I was going to get a message from these two dreams since most my lucid dreams come to pass. Understand, my dreams are mostly symbolic and I try to decipher them myself. I tried not to "think" about it too much because that will take from the accuracy of the message. What little I did feel relevant I will post below, though short and confusing. I feel the dream was about Dubai and likely has to do with the Burj Khalifa and the number 873, I hope my number is accurate. I feel there is a link to Singapore, though not sure why. And the little woman is significant also. I feel she ties in Indonesia and to what end or purpose I don't know because I was woken. I don't know that it is negative necessarily, but not positive either. I guess I'll have to see what turns up, if anything.
